A communiqué from the management of the Golden Arrow Bus (GABS) pointed out that, it will be putting through a 6.95% average across the board increase on all cash and muti journey products but then, GABS Gold Cards, a once-off purchase, will continue to be at R35.
The obvious increase in the cost of diesel together with wage hikes alongside the unexpected high increase in the cost of components, has led to the increase in fares.
