PAYU ONLINE PAYMENTS

Customers who bank with FNB, Standard Bank, Nedbank, or ABSA can use PayU Smart EFT’s quick service to pay with Internet banking. PayU will tell Builders as soon as you complete a purchase, and the purchased items will be released. You must register with PayU, but you will not be required to wait for funds to clear into the Builders account; as long as we receive confirmation of your payment, your purchase will be valid.

ACCOUNT

Customers with an available balance on their Builders account may utilize that amount to make purchases at Builders.

ONLINE RETURNS & REFUNDS

Builders will refund a purchase for the exact amount paid less the following:

Builders’ already incurred delivery costs;
Special orders may be subject to a restocking fee.
Refunds will only be performed in accordance with the refund and returns policy, and in the payment method used when the order was placed, as well as into the account from which the payment was made, such as credit card, EFT, or credit to the Trade Account.
Builders reserves the right to reimburse a maximum of R10,000.00 (ten thousand rand) in cash at its sole discretion; the balance must be paid via EFT.
EFT refunds are subject to verification of your banking credentials and can take up to 7 (seven) business days to appear in your account.
If you need to cancel a purchase for whatever reason, you can do so by calling their Contact Center at 0860 284 533.

In the event of late cancellations, they have the right not to reimburse the delivery cost. If you cancel your payment for any reason, or if your payment method becomes invalid for any reason, you will still be responsible for the full purchase amount, including all fees paid by them in recovering it.

You may return a product to any Builders store at your own expense if you have the original invoice/proof of purchase and have followed Builders’ terms and conditions.
